CITIC Securities: Shareholder Fujian Province Investment plans to increase holdings by no less than 30 million yuan.

Industrial Securities announced that Fujian Province Investment, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, and its concerted action parties hold 7.62 billion shares of the company, accounting for 8.82% of the total share capital of the company. Fujian Province Investment plans to increase its A-share holdings in the company through compliant trading methods allowed by the Shanghai Stock Exchange system within 6 months from the disclosure date of this announcement. The amount of increase shall not be less than RMB 30 million and not exceed RMB 60 million.
