Huapei Power announced that its controlling shareholder Huajian Investment has pledged 23.3491 million shares recently to repay debts; the actual controller Wu Huai Lei and his concerted action person Wu Jia have separately pledged 1.2 million shares and 0.5 million shares for supplementary pledge without involving new financing. As of the announcement date, Huajian Investment directly holds 140 million shares, accounting for 41.22% of the total share capital, with a total pledge of 59.6191 million shares, accounting for 42.73% of its holdings; Wu Huai Lei directly holds 24.6926 million shares, accounting for 7.29%, with a total pledge of 11.7 million shares, accounting for 47.38%; Wu Jia directly holds 11.3237 million shares, accounting for 3.34%, with a total pledge of 5 million shares, accounting for 44.16%. Huajian Investment and its concerted action person have a total pledge of 76.3191 million shares, accounting for 43.47% of their total holdings, 22.54% of the total share capital, there is no risk of liquidation, and it will not lead to a change in controlling rights.
