Ruisconda announced that the company's board of directors recently received a resignation report from director and deputy general manager Song Xianjian. He applied to resign from his position for personal reasons, and the resignation report will take effect on July 22, 2026 when it was delivered to the board of directors. His original term was scheduled to last until October 11, 2027. Song Xianjian will no longer hold positions in the listed company or its subsidiary companies, and there are no unfulfilled public commitments. His resignation will not lead to the board of directors falling below the required number of members, and he has completed the handover work.
