Aircraft leasing company AerCap purchases an additional 15 Boeing 787-9 planes.

On July 21st local time, AerCap, a aircraft leasing company based in Dublin, Ireland, announced an additional purchase of 15 Boeing 787-9 aircraft. This new order brings their portfolio of 787 Dreamliner aircraft close to 140. The purchase agreement includes rights to convert the 787-9 into the larger 787-10 model.
