National Development and Reform Commission: Announcement on the List of the Fifth Batch of National Demonstration Zones for the Establishment of Social Credit System

In accordance with the relevant work requirements, the National Development and Reform Commission, together with the People's Bank of China, has organized the establishment of a national social credit system construction demonstration zone. After organizing local recommendations, verification of materials, and comprehensive assessments, it is proposed to designate 20 cities including Beijing's Chaoyang District as the fifth batch of national social credit system construction demonstration zones, now being announced. The public notice period is from July 22nd to July 28th, 2026.
