Beijing introduces "Ten Measures for Going Global" to reduce the burden and empower digital economy enterprises going global.

On July 21, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology held a press conference on the economic performance of the industrial and information software industry in the first half of 2026. At the meeting, it was announced that Beijing had launched the "Three-Year Action Plan for the Construction of Beijing Digital Economy Enterprises Going Global Innovation Service Base" at the end of last year, clarifying the goals and tasks of Beijing's enterprise overseas construction in the next three years. Based on the operational practices of Beijing's overseas bases and the core demands of nearly a hundred digital economy enterprises, Beijing recently released the "Several Measures to Accelerate the Promotion of Overseas Expansion of Digital Economy Enterprises in Beijing", focusing on expanding channels, enhancing services, and building an ecosystem, and introduced ten financial and resource support measures to empower enterprises for international development. The policy mainly focuses on three aspects: first, expanding overseas connections to solve market expansion difficulties; second, improving full-process support services to reduce cross-border compliance costs; and third, nurturing an international digital ecosystem to create a capital's overseas brand.
