Intelligence Financial News App, Shenzhen Energy (000027.SZ) announced that the company's holding company Shenzhen Energy Anchor Solar Power (Ghana) Limited (referred to as Ghana Company) intends to invest in the construction of the Ghana Tamale 50 MW photovoltaic power generation project, with a total investment of 34 million US dollars, of which 12.5 million US dollars are from its own funds. The remaining investment will be provided to Ghana Company through Gentek Holding Limited (referred to as Gentek Company) in the form of interest-bearing loans from its own retained earnings. This time, the company intends to increase its capital to Shenzhen (Hong Kong) International Co., Ltd. (referred to as Shenzhen Hong Kong) by 7.5 million US dollars. Shenzhen Hong Kong and Central Africa Development Fund Co., Ltd. intend to increase their capital by 7.5 million US dollars and 5 million US dollars, respectively, to Gentek Company according to the 60% and 40% equity ratio.
