Modern Animal Husbandry (01117.HK) has received valid acceptance of the offer for 41.82 billion shares of China Shengmu (01432.HK).

The China Sainty (01432.HK) and Modern Dairy (01117) jointly announced that on July 21, 2026 (Tuesday) at 4:00 pm (the first delivery date), Modern Dairy Holdings has received valid acceptances of 4.182 billion shares of China Sainty shares (accepted shares) under the tender offer, representing approximately 49.90% of the total issued China Sainty shares as of the date of the joint announcement.
