The Eurasian Economic Union releases final ruling on anti-dumping review of Chinese oil well tubing.

On July 20th, the Internal Market Protection Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission released the final ruling of the second sunset review on anti-dumping of oil well pipes originating from China. The ruling stated that if the current anti-dumping tax is revoked, dumping of the products in question and the damage caused by this dumping to related industries of the Eurasian Economic Union will continue. Therefore, it is recommended to maintain the anti-dumping tax as determined in Resolution No. 101 of 2015, with a five-year extension of the validity period.
