The Party Committee of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council held an expanded meeting on July 20th. The meeting believed that it is necessary to promote the deepening and solid implementation of the "AI+" special action of central enterprises, to guide and supervise central enterprises in seizing the development window of opportunities, fully leveraging their comparative advantages, nurturing and opening up more iconic scenarios, leading and driving model iteration and computing power upgrade. We must make good use of the Renewal Community, continuously gather and open up the "Modular Computing" comprehensive capabilities to society, build good scenario and other special area sections, and attract more developers to build and share together. We need to strengthen industrial chain coordination, relying on industrial communities to achieve mutual complementarity of advantages, data sharing, and collaborative innovation of models. We must seize the opportunities to go global, relying on the World Artificial Intelligence Organization, actively participate in the formulation of international standards and regulations, and actively convey the voice of central enterprises and demonstrate the responsibilities of central enterprises in constructing a just and reasonable global artificial intelligence governance system.
