According to reports from multiple media outlets such as gCaptain, Chinese shipping company Cosco Shipping plans to officially open the world's first regular container route between China and Europe through the Arctic in the summer of this year, marking a transition from the Arctic container shipping being in the "experimental" stage to becoming a regular service.
