Tiffany is suing Alffany

Relying on the rights and interests of the famous trademark "TIFFANY", the luxury brand Tiffany continues to defend the trademark of the domestic brand "ALFFANY Aifuni" series. The related trademark administrative disputes have been brought to trial in the Beijing Higher People's Court. According to public trial records, the administrative case was heard at 9:30 am on July 9. The parties involved in the case include Tiffany Corporation of the United States, the National Intellectual Property Office, and the original HaiTao Investment Co., Ltd., which has now been renamed Shanghai Shili Brand Management Co., Ltd.
