(referred to as "Huanlejia Investment"), intends to jointly establish a joint venture company with the company's controlling shareholder Guangdong Haoxing Investment Co., Ltd., the company's director and vice president Cheng Song, the company's vice president Yang Ronghua, the company's vice president and chief financial officer Weng Sumin, and external investor Li Xiaodong. The registered capital of the joint venture company is 60 million yuan, of which Huanlejia Investment will contribute 30.6 million yuan in cash, accounting for 51% of the registered capital of the joint venture company.
