Lee's Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited (00950) signs an exclusive license and supply agreement with ASHLINS for interferon ALPHA-2B products in Greater China region outside of the greater China region.

It was informed by the Wisdom Financial APP that Li's Grand Medicine Factory (00950) announced that on July 6, 2026, the company entered into an exclusive license agreement with Ashlins Ocular Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Ashlins). Ashlins is a US biopharmaceutical company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ashlins Pharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc., focused on acquiring, developing, and commercializing clinically validated therapies for areas with a significant medical need gap. According to the agreement, the company agreed to license and supply interferon Alpha-2b to Ashlins for the development and commercialization of drugs for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of several human diseases in all regions outside mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. The company will receive an upfront payment and may receive additional development milestone payments and annual commercial milestone payments after commercialization based on specific achievements.
