State-owned enterprises use artificial intelligence to empower the real economy and enter a new stage of systematic advancement.

On the 17th, during the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference and the High-Level Conference on Global Governance of Artificial Intelligence, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council announced the release of the open-source "Renewal Community" 2.0 at the Artificial Intelligence Industry Development Forum under the theme "Empowering New Quality, Refreshing the Whole Field," and launched the joint construction project of the smart software factory of central state-owned enterprises. So far, central state-owned enterprises have established a "double-hundred" strategic resource system covering the entire industry chain and connecting the entire innovation chain, marking a new stage of systematic advancement in empowering the entity economy with artificial intelligence by central enterprises. According to data from the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, since its release in 2025, the "Renewal Community" has attracted over 280 ecological partners and provided free access to over 2000 domestic computing power cards. The upgraded "Renewal Community" 2.0 focuses on upgrading in four dimensions: scene traction, computing power supply, competition innovation, and talent cultivation, with upgrades or new specialized areas in six industries including communication, security, and electricity.
