According to the China Finance app, Bokang Cloud-B (02592.HK) announced that Ms. Feng Yafang has submitted her resignation as the company secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and as the authorized representative for receiving legal process documents in Hong Kong under the Company's Articles of Association (Hong Kong Cap 622). This resignation will be effective from July 17, 2026.
