Yuanji Food Group Limited's Hong Kong Stock Exchange IPO has been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

The International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a notice regarding the overseas issuance and listing of Yuanji Food Group Co., Ltd. and the "full circulation" filing of domestically unlisted shares. The company plans to issue no more than 23,824,000 shares of overseas listed common stock and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Twenty shareholders of the company intend to convert a total of 82,176,253 domestically unlisted shares into overseas listed shares and list them for circulation on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
