Zhtng Cijng APP News: Air China (601111.SH) announced that on July 17, 2026, as the buyer, the company, in collaboration with Air China Import and Export Company as its import agent, signed an agreement with Airbus to purchase 15 Airbus A350-900 aircraft. On the same day, Shenzhen Airlines also signed an agreement with Airbus to purchase 40 Airbus A320NEO series aircraft. The total value of the transaction, based on Airbus' published price list, is approximately 12.44 billion US dollars (equivalent to approximately 84.51 billion RMB). The aircraft will be delivered in batches between 2029 and 2032.
