Hangzhou Garden Notice: On May 28, 2026, the shareholder Hangzhou Yuanzhan Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Shanghai Shengjin Anpan Enterprise Management Partnership. Hangzhou Yuanzhan transferred 9.0951 million shares of unlimited sale condition circulating shares held by the company to Shengjin Anpan at a price of 16.6 yuan per share, with a transfer price of 151 million yuan. After the transfer registration is completed, the shareholding ratio of Hangzhou Yuanzhan will decrease to 0.01%, while Shengjin Anpan's shareholding ratio will increase to 6.87%, becoming a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company.
