According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Zijinlong Net Clean Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhan Dongdong as the legal representative and a registered capital of 30 million yuan. Its business scope includes: manufacturing of photovoltaic equipment and components; wind power generation technology services; sales of onshore wind power units; sales of wind power units and components, etc. The equity penetration displayed by Qichacha shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Long Jin Environmental Protection.
