In order to further increase the market share of the company's formaldehyde products, expand its competitive advantage, and promote the import substitution in the high-end market, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Tianju New Materials, plans to invest approximately 1.857 billion yuan in constructing a 100,000 tons/year high-end copolymerized formaldehyde resin project in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Changshou District, Chongqing. The construction content includes 100,000 tons/year of high-end copolymerized formaldehyde resin, 2240,000 tons/year of formaldehyde device, 400 tons/year of formaldehyde of aldehyde device, and 100 tons/year of catalyst device.
