Pengfei Green Energy announced that the company has approved the acquisition of related assets of Xiwangtun Comprehensive Energy Station by its subsidiary Xiwangtun Juneng through cash purchase during meetings held on May 29 and June 15, 2026. Xiwangtun Juneng has recently completed the process of obtaining operating qualifications for the energy station, including a gas operation permit and a gas cylinder filling permit. As of the announcement date, Xiwangtun Comprehensive Energy Station has met the operating conditions and completed the asset delivery, and its assets will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
