Sino-Thai Joint Laboratory for Intelligent Prediction and Early Warning of Meteorological Disasters Launches

On July 17, at the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference Meteorological Special Session, the China Meteorological Administration announced the launch of the construction of the China-Thailand Meteorological Disaster Intelligent Prediction and Early Warning Joint Laboratory. This is the world's first bilateral international cooperation laboratory in the field of meteorological artificial intelligence applications.
