According to the information obtained from the Economic Digest APP, the statistics released by the Hong Kong Companies Registry today (July 17) show that the total number of locally registered companies and companies that have migrated in the first half of 2026 is 122,481. As of the end of June this year, the total number of locally registered companies and companies that have migrated registered under the "Companies Ordinance" reached 1,609,720, setting a new historical record.
