The final issuance size of this tranche of corporate bonds is RMB 1 billion, with a base term of 3 years, a face value of RMB 100, and an issuance interest rate of 1.72%. The interest accrual date is July 16, 2026. The funds raised are intended to be used for production expenditures, including repayment of interest-bearing debts, supplementing working capital, project investment and operations that comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
