Wise Financial News App, Chinese Wah Kwun (00377.HK) announced that, as the preconditions set forth in the subscription agreements have been fulfilled, all subscription agreements have been completed on July 16, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of each subscription agreement. A total of 12 million subscription shares were issued at a subscription price of HK$1.09 per share.
