Weigao: Plans to raise funds of no more than 1.3 billion yuan for high-end AI-related PCB projects.

Willgo announced that the company plans to issue A-shares to specific targets, raising a total of no more than 1.3 billion yuan. After deducting the issuance expenses, the funds will be used for the Jiangxi annual production of 1.44 million square meters of high-end AI PCB intelligent manufacturing project, the Thailand annual production of 1.2 million square meters of high-layer printed circuit board intelligent manufacturing project, and for additional working capital and repayment of bank loans.
