In the first half of 2026, the total retail sales of consumer goods reached 24.8722 trillion yuan, an increase of 1.3% year-on-year. Among them, the consumption of automobiles was 1.9688 trillion yuan, a decrease of 13% year-on-year; the retail sales of consumer goods excluding automobiles reached 2.29034 trillion yuan, an increase of 2.8%.
