Fly Deer Co., Ltd. announced that on July 15, 2026, the controlling shareholder and actual controller, Zhang Weiguo, completed the registration of share transfer agreement with Jun Tuo Qihang. Jun Tuo Qihang acquired 22.9541 million shares held by Zhang Weiguo, accounting for 10.00% of the total share capital of the company. The total price for the share transfer was 314 million yuan. After this transfer, Jun Tuo Qihang became the controlling shareholder of the company, and the actual controllers changed to Wang Jianhui, Wang Jiangang, Wang Xin, and Wang Ke.
