Recently, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council held a launching meeting for the special action "All-round Scenes" of central enterprises, discussing and planning practical measures to promote the cultivation and openness of central enterprise scenes, releasing vitality in diverse scenes, and promoting development with various entities. Pang Xiaogang, member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting pointed out that the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council has deeply studied and implemented the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, based on the positioning of investors, adhered to leading industrial development through cultivating and opening scenes, and achieved positive results. The meeting emphasized that central enterprises should play a leading role in demonstrating the cultivation and openness of scenes more effectively. They should establish a list of open scenes, create demonstration benchmarks, and promote the scale of scenes through demonstration. They should deepen collaborative cooperation, rely on industrial communities and platforms like the "Renewal Community" to organize various ecological activities, and build a multi-party, cooperative and win-win scene of open ecological circle. They should improve element guarantee, increase resource input, explore and form reasonable mechanisms for service evaluation, property rights attribution, outcome sharing, and risk sharing, creating a good environment. At the meeting, the special action "All-round Scenes" for central enterprises was officially launched, and the first 10 iconic scenes for external opening by central enterprises were announced. A scene zone was opened in the central enterprise's artificial intelligence open-source "Renewal Community," where representatives from enterprises, universities, and research institutions signed multiple intentions for collaborative construction of scenes.
