China Metallurgical Group: Repurchased more than 10 million H shares and A shares on July 16th.

China Metallurgical Corporation announced that on July 16, the company repurchased 3.307 million H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at a price of 1.49-1.52 Hong Kong dollars per share, totaling approximately 4.9989 million Hong Kong dollars; and repurchased 7.583 million A shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange at a price of 2.61-2.65 yuan per share, totaling 19.9974 million yuan. As of July 16, the company has repurchased a total of 21.401 million H shares under the repurchase authorization, accounting for 0.75382% of the total issued shares on the date of the resolution.
