Yiwei Lithium Energy: Controlling shareholder Tibet Yiwei Holdings pledges 5.5 million shares

Yiwei Lithium Energy announced that its controlling shareholder, Tibet Yiwei Holdings Co., Ltd., has pledged 5.5 million shares to Zhongyuan Trust Co., Ltd., accounting for 0.85% of its holdings and 0.25% of the company's total share capital, to repay debts. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Yiwei Holdings and its concerted parties have pledged a total of 278 million shares, accounting for 35.86% of its holdings and 12.78% of the company's total share capital. The pledged shares do not have performance compensation obligations, the risks are controllable, and will not result in a change in the company's controlling rights.
