The notice emphasizes that localities should deeply grasp the political and people-oriented nature of financial work, adhere to the fundamental purpose of providing financial services to the real economy, and effectively strengthen high-quality financial services for major strategies, key areas, and weak links. At the same time, provincial finance departments should strengthen coordination with branches of the People's Bank of China, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, local financial management institutions, and relevant financial institutions, guiding the demonstration areas for the development of inclusive finance to make good use of central rewards and subsidies funds, and improve the quality and efficiency of work such as loan interest subsidies, financing guarantees, risk compensation, and capital supplementation.
