Vinegar Co., Ltd. announced that the board of directors recently received a written resignation report from the deputy general manager Qian Jin. Due to personal reasons, Qian Jin applied to resign from the position of deputy general manager and will not serve in the company or its holding subsidiaries after resignation. His resignation application will take effect when it was submitted to the board on July 16, 2026, originally scheduled until December 26, 2028. Qian Jin has outstanding public commitments that have not been fulfilled, but they do not belong to the commitment of increasing holdings.
