Every year, 36,400 college graduates are selected to participate in the implementation of the fifth round of the "Three Supports and One Assistance" plan.
Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, together with the Central Organization Department, the Ministry of Education, and other departments, issued a notice deciding to implement the fifth round of the "Three Supports and One Plan" for college graduates from 2026 to 2030. 36,400 college graduates will be selected to work at the grassroots level and in the western regions each year, providing talent and intellectual support for promoting comprehensive rural revitalization, accelerating agricultural and rural modernization, enhancing grassroots social governance capabilities, and supporting the development of ethnic minority areas in border regions.
