JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon warns that Mythos should not be widely opened, calling the related risks a "real problem."
Jamie Dimon, CEO of JPMorgan Chase, said that the risks posed by Anthropic PBC's Mythos artificial intelligence model are a "real problem" that the US government is currently highly concerned about. In recent months, the rapid development of AI models has prompted both industry and government to assess potential threats. Previously, Anthropic claimed that its Mythos model is outstanding in discovering software vulnerabilities, to the point where it cannot be released to the public, making the issue more urgent. Dimon warned on Wednesday at the Pennsylvania Defense and Innovation Summit hosted by Senator Dave McCormick that opening an advanced system to the general public carries risks. "Allowing individuals to use Mythos is essentially like handing ballistic missiles to them," he said.
