Zhixin Finance APP News, Zhangzidao (002069.SZ) announced that the company's shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, Beijing Jirongyuantong Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Island Number One Securities Investment Fund (referred to as "Island Number One Fund") plan to reduce their total holdings of the company's shares by no more than 7.11 million shares through centralized bidding transactions within 3 months after the disclosure of the announcement, representing no more than 1% of the total share capital of the company; and reduce their total holdings of the company's shares by no more than 426,600 shares through block trades, representing no more than 0.06% of the total share capital of the company. The total reduced shares mentioned above will not exceed 7.5377 million shares, representing no more than 1.06% of the total share capital of the company.
