Nokia and Ericsson launch the industry's first commercial AI-RAN platform.

On July 15th, Nokia announced that the company has jointly developed the industry's first commercially available wireless access network platform driven by artificial intelligence with NVIDIA. Nokia stated that the new network equipment will allow telecommunications network operators to double the amount of data transmitted in the same wireless frequency band until 2028, and it is expected to be launched next year.
