Zhongfu Technology: Adjusting the profit distribution plan for 2025, increasing the total dividend amount to 12.8045 million yuan.

Zhongfu Technology announced that the company held a board meeting on July 15, 2026 to review and approve the adjustment of the 2025 profit distribution plan. The reason for this adjustment is to include the shares from the second unlocking period of the employee stock ownership plan in 2022 into the distribution base. After the adjustment, the total number of shares after deducting 5,560,890 shares held in the repurchase account from the total share capital of 562,276,116 shares will be used as the base. A cash dividend of 0.23 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares, totaling 12.8045 million yuan. The undistributed 4.8 million shares will be accounted for in a special account and will be recovered by the company upon disposal of the shares. The plan still needs to be reviewed and approved by the shareholders' meeting.
