Xu will be fully responsible for the quality management and analysis testing work of the company, with a term until the end of the ninth board of directors. Xu Xuejian has previously worked in companies such as Jiangsu Hengrui Medicine, currently does not hold any company shares, and has no relevant relationship with the company, meeting the conditions for the appointment.
