Guanghui Logistics Announcement: Recently, the company and its subsidiary Xinjiang Hongnao San Railway Co., Ltd. signed the "Hongnao Railway Related Section Integration into the linha Backbone Transportation Management Tripartite Cooperation Framework Agreement" with China Railway Urumqi Bureau Group Co., Ltd. and Linha Backbone Railway Channel Xinjiang Co., Ltd. In accordance with the National Development and Reform Commission's deployment of the linha backbone railway channel construction, the newly built Nao Maohu to Wutongshui Railway and the existing Hongliuhe to Nao Maohu Railway are planned together, running parallel with double lines, jointly forming the linha railway backbone transportation channel. As the holder of Hongnao Railway assets, the company will participate in the integrated construction and unified operation management of the channel.
