Lily Flower: The proportion of the controlling shareholder and its concerted actors' equity rights has decreased to 67.94%

Lily Flower announced that from July 10th to July 13th, the controlling shareholder, Lily Flower Holdings, reduced its holdings by 1.0385 million shares through centralized bidding trading, accounting for 0.25% of the total share capital. After this equity change, Lily Flower Holdings and its concerted actors Chen Lirong and Chen Pengfei's shareholding ratio decreased from 68.19% to 67.94%, reaching the 1% threshold. This reduction is to fulfill the previously planned reduction, which has not been fully implemented, and will not result in changes to the controlling shareholder or actual controller, nor impact the company's governance and operation.
