According to the QiChaCha APP, recently, there has been a change in the business of Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Basic Technology Research Co., Ltd., with the addition of Hangzhou Chengli Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership Enterprise and the National Artificial Intelligence Industry Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise as new shareholders, and the registered capital increased to 1644.75 million yuan. Among them, DeepSeek founder Liang Wenfeng has exited as a shareholder of Hangzhou Chengli Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership Enterprise, with the addition of Tencent-affiliated company Shanghai Hengxiu Business Management Co., Ltd., Shanghai Zhimian Chuang Investment Co., Ltd., Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Zone Wending Investment Co., Ltd. which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Ltd., and Jiangsu Jingdong Bangneng Investment Management Co., Ltd. as new shareholders, with the registered capital increasing from 0.4 million yuan to 1.402 billion yuan.
