The number of cities with rising new home prices in June hit a new high since May 2025.

According to data from the National Bureau of Statistics, 20 cities saw an increase in new home prices in June compared to the previous month, an increase of 4 cities from the previous month, the highest number since May 2025. Among them, Xuzhou and Huizhou tied for first place with a 0.4% increase, while Shenyang, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Xiamen, Shenzhen, and Wuxi all saw a 0.3% increase, tying for second place. Nanjing, Qingdao, Guangzhou, Nanning, and Yinchuan all saw a 0.2% increase, tying for third place.
