Borui Communications announced that from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026, the estimated net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company is expected to be between -45 million and -65 million yuan, compared to 7.53 million yuan in the same period of the previous year; the net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses is expected to be between -46 million and -66 million yuan. The main reasons for the expected loss in performance are the decrease in profits of some joint ventures, the provision for impairment of equity investment funds to be liquidated, and the provision for credit impairment losses due to the failure to recover receivables as expected.
