Zhtng Cijng APP news, Yuexiu Real Estate (00123.HK) announced that on July 14, 2026, the company (as the borrower) entered into a financing agreement (financing agreement) with a bank (lender). Under the terms and conditions of the financing agreement, the lender provides a RMB 1 billion (or equivalent in HK dollars) revolving credit financing, with a loan term of 364 days from the date of the first withdrawal.
