Recently, the Guangdong Provincial Government Affairs Service and Data Management Bureau, along with 11 other departments, jointly released the "Guangdong Province Action Plan to Promote Urban Comprehensive Digital Transformation and Build Smart Cities", which assigns Shenzhen multiple pilot tasks. The plan proposes to promote the implementation of national-level data infrastructure pilot tasks in Shenzhen and other areas; support Shenzhen to establish a high value-added smart computing center, flexibly deploy edge computing nodes, meet the high bandwidth, low latency, and high reliable computing power needs of scenarios such as low-altitude economy, autonomous driving, and industrial internet; by 2027, Shenzhen and other cities will lead in building smart and efficient governance systems, and implement a number of advanced and usable, self-controllable city big models. It has been noted that since the beginning of this year, Shenzhen has been selected for multiple provincial-level policies and rankings in the data field, highlighting its demonstration and leading position. In June, the Provincial Government Affairs Service and Data Management Bureau issued the "List of Demonstration Scenarios for the Construction of the First Batch of Public Data 'Run' Demonstration in Guangdong Province in 2026", with four scenarios in Shenzhen selected: "Creating a new paradigm of intelligent city order inspection with multimodal big models led by the Nanshan District Government Affairs Service and Data Management Bureau", "Shenzhen Intelligent Connected Vehicle Supervision Scene led by the Municipal Transportation Bureau", "Longgang District Comprehensive Real-time Perception AI Network Demonstration Scene led by Longgang District Government Affairs Service and Data Management Bureau", and "An Accident of Industrial Injury led by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau".
