Japanese real estate developer Mitsubishi Estate plans to invest approximately 1.5 trillion yen (about 93 billion US dollars) to build large data centers throughout Japan. Drawing from its successful experience of investing over 10 billion US dollars in AI data centers in the United States, Mitsubishi Estate now aims to aggressively enter the data center market in Japan.
