Fujian Province initiates level four emergency response to flood control.

Affected by the residual circulation of Typhoon "Bavi", parts of Nanping and Sanming in Fujian Province experienced heavy rain and localized heavy rain. The Fujian Provincial Meteorological Observatory upgraded the "heavy rain warning" to level three at 2:30 on July 13. According to relevant regulations, the Fujian Provincial Flood Control Headquarters initiated a level four flood prevention emergency response at 2:30 on July 13.
