Xin Peng Micro leads the establishment of the Key Laboratory of Intelligent Power Integrated Circuits and Modules in Jiangsu Province.

According to news from Xinpengwei, on July 11th, the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of Science and Technology and the Provincial Department of Science and Technology jointly issued a document officially approving Wuxi Xinpengwei Electronics Co., Ltd. as the leading unit, jointly building the "Jiangsu Province Key Laboratory of Intelligent Power Integrated Circuits and Modules" with Southeast University and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. This laboratory is included in the first batch of 39 enterprise-led provincial key laboratories in the province. The key laboratory focuses on the full-chain power supply system for AI servers, focusing on research directions such as SST ultra-high voltage isolation digital drive chips and modules, high-reliability and high-integration analog-digital hybrid power supply chips and modules, end-point power digital multi-phase controllers and intelligent power modules, SiC/GaN wide band gap integrated chips and modules, and innovative control architectures and application systems for power integration, aiming to build a full-chain AI computing energy supply technology system.
